These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://bhutanproduct.com (the "Site"), operated by Bhutan Product ("Bhutan Product", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you are registering to sell on Bhutan Product, the separate Vendor Agreement also applies to you and takes precedence for vendor-specific matters.
Bhutan Product is an online multi-vendor marketplace based in Thimphu, Bhutan, connecting independent Vendors with customers across the country. Unless stated otherwise, Bhutan Product acts as the platform operator — it does not manufacture or own the products listed by Vendors, who remain responsible for their own listings under the Vendor Agreement.
You must provide accurate information when creating a customer account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at bhutansproduct@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase at the price displayed at checkout, which already includes any applicable platform markup. Prices, product availability, and delivery fees may change without notice before an order is placed, but not after.
An order is confirmed once the Vendor(s) involved accept it. Where an order includes products from multiple Vendors, each Vendor's items may be processed, packed, and delivered separately — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Orders are paid via Bank QR or Bank Transfer, following the advance-and-balance structure described in our Payment Information page. Payments are verified manually and an order will not proceed until the advance payment is confirmed.

You must not use the Site to: violate any law; upload false, misleading, or infringing content; interfere with the Site's operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any account or system; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Site without permission.
The Site's design, branding, and non-Vendor content belong to Bhutan Product. Product content is owned by or licensed to the respective Vendor. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission.
If you submit a product review or other content, you grant Bhutan Product a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it on the Site. Reviews must be honest, based on a genuine purchase, and must not be defamatory, abusive, or misleading.
Bhutan Product provides the Site "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Bhutanese law, Bhutan Product is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from the acts or omissions of independent Vendors. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any statutory consumer right.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer or other statutory right.
