This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work on Bhutan Product.
You may cancel an order, or an individual Vendor's portion of a multi-vendor order, free of charge at any point before that Vendor moves it to Processing. Once a Vendor has started processing your order, it can no longer be cancelled — if you no longer want the item once it arrives, our return process below applies instead.
To cancel, contact us with your order number as soon as possible using the details below.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if an item is:
Items must generally be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
Perishable goods, made-to-order/customized items, and items explicitly marked non-returnable on their product page are not eligible for return unless defective or not as described.
Contact us with your order number, the item(s) affected, and the reason for return, along with photos where relevant (e.g. for damaged or incorrect items). We will coordinate with the Vendor to arrange a resolution — replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Approved refunds are issued to the same Bank QR/Bank Transfer account or method used for the original payment, once the returned item (if applicable) has been received and inspected. Refunds are processed manually by our team; please allow a reasonable processing time after approval.
If an order is cancelled before any payment has been made toward it, no refund is necessary. If an advance payment was already made and the order is cancelled or the return is approved, the advance (and any balance paid) is refunded in full, less nothing, unless the item shows use or damage not disclosed at return.
Individual Vendors remain responsible for the quality and condition of the products they sell. Bhutan Product may step in to resolve a dispute where a Vendor is unresponsive or where the integrity of the marketplace is at stake.
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under applicable Bhutanese consumer protection law.
